How does the lightening cable snap into place???


hello.
trying figure out how lightening cable snaps place lightening port? more of curiosity thing. have looked online , can't find anything. port must secure somehow. know how or have link article?
 

good question. port on iphone doesn’t hold @ anymore. has jiggled , set down keep connected power or data. 1 on old ipad mini has grip.
