When I take a screenshot it saves as a blank photo that says "PNG" on it


hello,

every time try take screenshot phone saves blank picture says "png" on it. can take regular photos fine , view them in gallery. when sends me picture on imessage can't view it. tried google problem can't find asking question this.
 

super weird.
possible reset settings? or factory reset.
ios screenshots format indeed png though.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
