My 4th PCIe slot doesn't work? MacPro5,1


so have tried every pcie device own on 4th pcie slot , doesn't seem pick anything, not original radeon hd 5770. understand pcie 1x no device show up. experience or have idea why happening?
 

slots have been zapped dead esd or overdrawing power, or suppose there risk if computer plugged in or running when equipment changed. did ever work or have installed there in past?
