iPhone Files app doesn't appear to support FLAC files


hi,

wonder if i'm missing here, have read everywhere iphone 7 should play flac music files app on ios 11, in case doesn't.
if file inside folder of media player, nplayer, open app play (i guess expected behavior).
if put file in icloud drive, show gray screen saying "flac audio" , not play file.
when saved flac file notes app, there play button inside note play flac file.
heard workaround needed ipad, iphone 7 should support flac on files app, missing something?
 

same here me. iphone 8, ios 11. put flac file in icloud drive, shows in files folder, when try play grey screen "flac audio".

have success?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
