iCal and null calendars


hello,
when click "replace calendar on iphone calendar on mac" in info, advanced section in itunes. 3 null@p58-caldav.icloud.com calendars, , causes calendar entries on iphone duplicate.
have iphone 6s plus running ios 10.2
how can rid of these calendars? or fix them?

it looks maybe manually added caldav calendars. if go settings > calendar > accounts... see there?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
