I need help with time machine


i upgrading new macbook pro time machine volume , went wrong both backup , macbook high sierra latest builds went wring , when tried make 2nd attempt time machine volume can't found is on drive can't mount can't repair nor copy/deleted can me im dying :( i've been trying since yesterday , program called stellar phoenix mac data recovery has been running more 16hrs far nothing...
 

sorry, bit confused. how can upgrade from time machine volume?
