apple doubled order somehow , charged me additional $400 in accessories both orders. checking account got debited $800


spent day trying call apple go through prompts told automated system busy take call disconnected me.


received email phone order has been canceled. not worth frustration!


pissed off, i'm sure spend countless hours trying straighten out , difficult/impossible reinstate nov 3rd delivery date.
 

unfortunate situation. fortunately refund amount charged for. called apple day after iphone 7 pre-orders last year, , on weight 35 minutes hold of someone. understand completely.
