new (late '16) MBP locked up


my new late '16 mbp running sierra froze chrome on amazon. how force quit or hard restart? seems os crashed. finder , chrome unresponsive keyboard, trackpad. can't bring "quit application" choice window. hel-l-l-lp, mr. wizard!

if can't shut down mac because isn't responding, can force turn off without shutting down. hold down power button until mac turns off.

use method when can't shut down. you'll lose unsaved changes documents have open.​
