In need of help! Error when re-installing Mac OS


hi all,

agreed sell imac, , tried reset it. used keys command + r , erased disk.
when tried re-install os , after putting in apple id , password, message "this item temporarily unavailable"

have been researching online , of solutions seem following:

1. use original apple id - did.
2. make bootable usb , use boot imac - cannot not have access os anymore.

sooo frustrated. hoping somehow make bootable usb using windows laptop.
 


use internet recovery of now?

won't participate in illegal activities, if can prove own legitimate rights mac os, can send image can flash onto usb create installer.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
