Universal Camera app with no shutter sound or option to turn off

had workaround in past downloading app app store forgot name of app. thanks!
 

go purchased section within app store on ios device. there tab on there @ top apps not on ios device. select , show apps purchased.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
