Noisy fan won't turn off in MacBookAir 13


i have 2015 macbook air 13
macos seirra 10.12.6
processor: 1.6 ghz itel core i5
4gb if memore 1600 mhz ddr3
graphics intel hd graphics 60000 1536mb

i've done every known reset out there fix fan noise issue , system app functions slows down too. i've tried following.
1. smc reset
2. zap pram
quiet fan can hear increase full speed shortly after reboot macbook.

sure don't want take apple , spend grand fixed. that's i've been quoted. i've exhausted activity monitor see has been eating memory cause overheating. there nothing significant eating memory.

next step uninstall flash in safari. fix this. if there suggestions please advise. fan driving me crazy!
 

have checked dust inside or blocked air vents? macbook exposed moisture or liquids?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
