Apple Store App says my new iPhone 8 plus purchased under the AUP is not enrolled. Help.


i upgraded 7 plus 8 plus, via iup on 9/15/2017. received 8 plus on 9/22. returned 7 plus using return kit, apple sent me. apple received phone , paid off loan. citizens sent me confirming email on 10/3/17.

however, when check enrollment, apple store app says new phone not enrolled. called helpline. nobody @ level, able resolve issue.

contacted tim cook. assigned this, it’s been more 2 weeks , nothing has been resolved. person said timing issue, has no idea when (what month) issue might resolved.

has had issue? idea how might resolve this?

in advance.
 

it says i’m not enrolled i’m enrolled. maybe takes month or show up?
