Resolved AirPods connect and play audio from apps just fine, but almost never work with Siri and phone calls.


all of apps audio (music, audible, podcasts, siriusxm, amazon music, , others) play through airpods, if try invoke siri or use them during phone call silent. can sort of "jump start" them killing open audio apps or playing audio , making call, thereafter revert previous silent behavior.

i've done: unpaired , re-paired airpods multiple times, reset network settings on iphone, rebooted iphone; pretty can think of before taking them apple store (though these launch airpods , out of warranty).
 

i having same issue since moving ios 11. seem have more issues if have been using airpods music prior making call.
airpods have been less reliable in general since ios 11. assume issue software.
it’s worth, airpods have been out less year, still under warranty.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
