Question About Buying New Macbook Pro On eBay and Extended Warranty


hi, i’m considering buying mbp on ebay. seller has listed sealed, brand new, , comes apple care+ through 2020. price good, signifigantly discounted not suspicious means. live in california, seller in ca. i’m assuming won’t have pay tax, otherwise moot , i’m going buy b&h or something.

anyway, have american express card supposedly extends manufacture warranties on purchases 1 year...and if there purchased service contract, 1 year expiring. question is, apple care+ count service contract, , if it’s purchased part of listed-as-brand new mbp, amex extended warranty cover it? these sorts of things cover ebay purchases in general? have experience buying such things on ebay? i’d appreciate advice! thank you!

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
