Pegasus3 R6 24TB - Backplane Temperature Warnings


just wanted make aware....... sent 2 pegasus 3 r6 24tb mac symply editions on past couple weeks. both had backplane temperature warnings after 15 minutes cooling fan ramping 2200 rpm. spent several hours support along computer access loaded 2016 15" macbook pro. in addition, test done "in house" on 1 of pegasus 3 r6 24tb promise tech's duplicated. stated last week new utility update needed. when?? anybody's guess. sent both units , may purchase if/once promise gets issue fixed........ if has problem, i'm sure cooling fan has been running high. if so, please report it. check promise utility these backplane warnings.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
