Help : HDD system desappeared after attempting to install Windows10

need help

own macbook pro mid 2012. hdd replaced 256 gb ssd (sierra installed). tried install windows10 launch bootcamp , prepared usb windows iso, created 50 gb bootcamp partition windows10. machine restarted , started following steps. after accepting terms choosed advanced perform new install. @ moment windows told mbr partition not supported. launched dos , cleaned converted partition mbr gpt advised on youtube video. after rebooting noticed the efi , ssd hd lost , couldn't boot on macos sierra. i'm afraid lost data didn't made backup. there solution recover partition ?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
