Mistrial in Cosby Case


the judge has declared mistrial in bill cosby case.

i'll admit haven't been following closely but, news reports since arrested, sounded guaranteed conviction.

defense portion of trial 6 minutes long :).

think have affect on similar trials ?
 

prosecution can try again. different jury, different outcome. cases such these have high burden of proof overcome. takes 1 juror touch of doubt make mistrial.

if 1 off case, feel differently. many victims coming forth, can't believe there no guilt. however, not part of burden of proof in given trial. can not presented.

in court of public opinion, trashed long ago. @ point, prosecution make compelling case , convict. course appeals go on ever.
