Unable to access iCloud


hi,

know icloud username , password , have ‘trusted device’. time ago, however, lost number associated phone , don’t have recovery key.

understand there ‘two factor’ verification, replacing 2 step verification. two-factor, apple permits account recovery, not 2 step verification, despite seeming serve same purpose.

there way verify id recover it?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
