if curious how far apple has come 64bit chip architecture.

a7 2 core 1.4ghz (1st gen 64bit) ~ 18.3x slower
multicore: 2200 4.1x slower
single core: 1300 2.7x slower
compute: 600 48.3x slower

one of first things i'm going put new 12.9" pro next ipad 3, mini 3, , air 2 , random speed tests.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
