Batch convert MKV to MP4 with subtitles


i know handbrake can convert mkv files subtitles mp4/m4v. select mkv file, go subtitles, , choose english version. pretty simple. how multiple mkv files, without having keep eye when 1 done, can load next file. can't seem figure out way batch convert multiple mkv files while retaining subtitles each file. if not handbrake, there other way me accomplish this? pretty tedious having 1 @ time in handbrake.
