iPhone Safari Doesn't Reopen with Tabs


whenever used open safari on iphone 7 load tabs/windows last session. now, doesn't save information , instead opens window bookmarks. looking online, saw option can selected in preferences/settings on macbook, haven't been able find iphone.

i've updated ios latest version , reset of settings on phone.

have advice?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
