Copy Photos onto Mac and delete from iPhone


hi - can me - need delete photos on iphone 5s. how safely copy them on , delete them without them deleting on computer next time backup or plug phone computer?

whats safest way? don't want lose of photos.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
