iUP Process for US Customers


i opted apple upgrade program last year wife , (not at&t version of program). both have ip7. while wife happy ip7s, @ getting ip7s+ or ip8 (depending on prices).

few questions upgrade program have:
  1. should able preorder through iup? remember upgrade program users having nightmares trying place order when ip7 came out.
  2. can have new phone mailed if upgrading, or need physically pick up?
  3. how return/exchange old phone? mail or in person?
  4. does returning phone wipe slate clean on existing contract & start new 20 month contract on again new pricing of new device?
 

i'm wondering , how have pay off before pre-ordering ? or can pay off amount need pay off after pre-ordering


last yr first time signing program

hope can pre order , ship our 7 in mail.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
