iPhone upgrade programme: How to upgrade online


hi,
apologies if has been answered before looked through various threads , couldn't find answer (admittedly specific question). on upgrade programme , year first time eligible upgrade. on pre order day last year how did literally tell apple when pre ordering upgrade?
did existing iup members reserve , select pick else? know on apple store app there apple upgrade programme tab on main page can click on confirms eligible upgrade once have made final payment month. tab used last year existing users upgrade on pre order day?
aware due problems last year existing iup users may upgrade in different way last year want make sure when day comes know how upgrade quickly.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
