Downloading multiple folders from iCloud


i have logged icloud on desktop pc.

can see stored folders.

can select them all.

but, icon of cloud download symbol remains grayed out?
 

anybody?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
