Dictionary Bugs


three main bugs, 1 new in high sierra

new:
1) clicking on links in wikipedia articles gives error "this page cannot displayed in application." way wikipedia link reload go search field , force re-load page typing space in search after title.

, 2 old still present dictionary bugs:
2) clicking "x" clear search field results in crash of dictionary. (this has been around forever...see thread @ apple)

3) clicking on words in wikipedia articles (just regular words, not wikipedia links) load wikipedia article word, not dictionary definition. instance, if in wikipedia article , click word "with," take wikipedia article 'with,' without displaying dictionary definition @ top. whereas if type 'with' search field, load dictionary definition first , wikipedia article. way dictionary definition load, after clicking 'with' in wikipedia article, to, once again, go search field , force re-load.

(sorry, know last bug little confusing describe)

these can worked out, because know i'm not 1 uses dictionary both definitions , wiki articles throughout day.
 

happy report latest patch (public beta 3) has fixed bugs 1 , 2. happy #2, since in dictionary since maybe 2014, , fixed it!

#3 still present, that's been in dictionary long can remember. might intended behavior, knows if ever change.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
