Delay in recognizing bluetooth keyboard & mouse on login screen in High Sierra


i have fresh installed high sierra (17a365) updates. @ login screen experiencing 3-5 second delay before bluetooth keyboard & mouse recognized , i'm able select user login , enter password. issue reproducible since first boot after clear install.

have tried reset pram , smc - helped few reboots. after issue occurs again.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
