HD 7950 Port Mapping Question


my 5,1 mp has been working great. 7950 has done excellent job in fcpx, sticking 1920x1080 resolution, using dvi or hdmi ports, trusty viewsonic display supported.

got itch move 4k , ordered new monitor. dell p2417q has arrived , nice details never see before. while trying achieve 4k @60hz discovered neither of display ports working.

got hd 7950 off ebay couple of years back, , average joe card flashed dude, not official sapphire one.

there way enable display ports?

also, make more sense gtx pascal drivers available os x instead of messing older card.

advice appreciated.
 

seems have non-reference design card flashed original sapphire mac bios (but not sure). should check card pcb layout.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
