block wifi network that open popups


near me use isp let share ( , pay ) internet connection.
don't live wifi on, , if turn on wifi on mac before switching on router automatically connects network, , open pop window asking if want use network.

cause security issue since seems share connection data mac

how can disable auto connect unknown network?
 

uncheck box , not join unknown networks.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
