Will we see one more iMac update before 32-bit support ends?


yep, know, it's question no 1 can answer, i'm curious think.

let me elaborate: high sierra last os supports 32-bit. i've got handful of great 32-bit apps still use often. 1 of them idvd (yea, believe or not there people still want dvd's).

... we'll see 64-bit 10.14 released around august of next year. of think apple squeeze in imac update before aug. 2018?
 

i’m wondering also.
i’m needing new imac... i’m taking time studying wich 1 get. during time, i’ve come realize living on ios not bad... ipad pro, ipad mini , iphone, can work done (mostly). so... i’m watching how apfs, high sierra, thunderbolt3... , other “new technologies” settle down.
don’t think apple flexible enough upgrade imac line before next year fall. new intel coffee lake processors need different motherboard... , apple doesn’t need compete against (and there lot of prior gen units being sold “refurbished” now!).
but, perhaps these new processors tempt apple offer “low end” imac pro. find more possible, announced imac pro & iphonex seem being used startling elements in showcase... expensive , out of reach (yet).
like... apple put 8s phone oled screen before next summer? well... “9” being “low x” more feasible.
anyhow, bet these kind of possibilities apple marketing division studying right now...
new imac launching give more data, hope.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
