13" MacBook Pro and 4K screens...

hi.

people 13" 2015 macbook pro external 4k display, want ask if integrated iris 6100 graphics can move external display such resolution @ 60hz no lags. mean, fluid experience mission control, , full screen apps, streaming content (not in 4k)

, people 2017 ntb macbook pro external 4k display, connected via thunderbolt 3.0 (usb-c), how performance?

if plan purchase 4k monitor in next few months/years, worth investment in new 2017 13" ntb macbook pro? or ok 2015 13" rmbp? i'm asking because i've read graphic power of integrated graphics card not higher on newer macbook pros... although have edram caché.

thank you!

your model officially supports internal display , 2 3840x2160 external displays @ 60hz. can't promise completely fluid experience though. mid-2014 15" pro (with gt 750m) not totally fluid 1 external 4k display. new 2017 15" more fluid; however, mission control stutters same 4k display (when running lots of programs) - suspect less gpu , more fact windows need refreshed simultaneously when triggering mission control... don't know sure though. also, can't speak of 13" models.

try machine external 4k monitor , see if suits purposes. let if bring in apple store.
