Public Beta with Developer Profile?


i'm thinking of buying developer profile able install dev beta's iphone 7 i've heard somewhere.. public beta's more stable , have additional fixes added once released.. question is.. able install public beta once have dev beta installed? developer profile?
 

for know, public beta's same builds developper beta's. difference pb release 2 weeks later first beta on major ios release , 1-3 days later upcoming beta's.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
