Need help to install MacOS High Sierra.


hi i'm new here, have macbook pro had high sierra on it, have formatted hard drive , i'm trying install new copy on it, i'm lost trying myself, need please ??
 

boot recovery drive , select reinstall

• command r reinstall latest macos installed on mac, without upgrading later version
• option command r upgrade latest macos compatible mac
• shift option command r reinstall macos came mac, or version closest still available

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
