MacBook Pro (2016) Won't Send iMessages - Hardware Issue


hey,

purchased macbook pro in november 2016, , restored in in april, , since can't send imessages unless number changed , add +44.
chatted apple support; machine has been restored 6 times, , still no solution. passed engineering basic reply:

"they stated resolution come in form of future software update, if 1 can found here."

issues here; can't software since machines has been restored countless of times, can't "account" works on old 2008 macbook , other macs. not me; had others sign in , same issue.

can hardware?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
