iTunes CONSTANTLY duplicating movies


is there setting somewhere missing? has happened on 5 different computers. if download movie, next week see two in itunes library. 1 download, , 1 cloud streaming one. not movies.
 

i have seen too. if sign out of itunes account , sign in duplicates should go away.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
