iTunes app management


delete post. question resolved. asking here because every single search result have found answering different question. question is, have itunes 12.7 , iphone 7 plus ios 11. in itunes on left hand, there sidebar manage phone content. music, podcasts, books , on. know apps removed. wrong answer or @ least non-relevant 1 me addressing moving apps on phone. don't care. missing , need how manage content within apps? apps allow file management in sub column beneath other regular apps. specifically, have vlc app. used able add , remove videos needed computer onto phone. how do now?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
