Deleted the recovery partition


hey

tried install windows 10 partition, while on macbook pro 17" late 2011.

didnt succed, today decided clean (guess going).

accidently deleted recovery partition, , cant boot mac os.

can start cmd + r guide, , in disk tools ssd of data seems fine.
cant mac os x started.
drive encrypted if makes difference.

can recover data have on disk or have make fresh install , delete?
dont have time machine backup off course.

been playing bit around , seems can make image of drive in question , copy other internal hdd.
after should able delete, format , recover using image.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
