What thunderbolt 2 bootable SSD raid 0 bootable enclosure for iMac

i have imac 27, 3.4 late 2013 standard model , want make better booting external ssd disk via tb2. ssd speeds of 500mb/s ok if possible using raid 0 in order higher speeds (or maybe know other solutions getting better speeds sata3 on tb2). have trim support , unit has bootable , support sleep mode on imac. narrowed search these solutions:

akitio thunder2 duo pro - hardware raid. trim supported in non raid configurations (i'm not sure if trim support possible in raid).

thundertek/px2+2 - pcie enclosure solution. dunno if trim supported

i'm thinking possibility of using the thunderbolt 3 (usb-c) thunderbolt 2 adapter apple self powered tb3 enclosure solution cannot find maybe guys have found/tried works?

can't see me aligning screen of imac on adhesive tape after opening why i'm looking external booting solutions. if have experience above setups or know better options please share me. thank
