System log


hi there,

try access /var/log/system.log trough terminal, gives (permission denied).

user of mbp (2010), should have access file right?

know why don't have access longer?
 

your path (/var/log/system.log) fails me in terminal, never have attempted method anyhow.
why not millions of other users , access system log using "console" work?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
