ios 10 impossible download amounts

after switching provider uses same network previous one, not changing phone use routines and/or settings have been same on 4 years @ 1st invoice have exceeded data plan on 1 gb.
have month average of under 900 mb since on wifi 99% of time. every option use cellular data updates downloads, background refresh, backups or data hog turned off. had average nightly data use of 2 sessions nightly per month max 19 mb per month guess call home sessions system, app store , whatsapp. had - 27x data use between 2400 , 0800: total 641,41 mb
of 20x data use between 1:41 , 7.30. total 582,12 mb.

according knowledge impossible settings mentioned before. there ios guru can confirm that?

not 1 had happen @ first invoice thousands of people try rip off this.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
