Daily at-least once when I search for a name in spotlight and open the contact I get a blank screen


anybody knows why happens? please check attachment below. i'm on ios 10.3.2 , using 7 plus. steps i've done far :
  1. disabled settings > general > spotlight search , rebooted phone , re-enabled many times. problem still occurs.
  2. reset phone defaults , wiped out , setup phone new(clean install) because thought old files in backup(restore) file must causing issue.
still no luck.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
