Airport Extreme Base Station (Tall One) DNS Errors


hello,
have annoying , recurring issue aebs using comcast. reason if have device not being actively used after few days, dns errors on when try connect after being out of town. on win 7 work laptop, error says ip address being used device , wifi symbol says "limited access."

remedy first time, reset aebs , modem, , set network new on again. here 4 weeks later same issue. 1 of other things i've noticed when pull airport utility, devices can connect ones wireless clients names show up. example "john's macbook," connects internet fine, "169.254.xxx.xxx" not , dns error.

going reset again can connect more 1 device, driving me crazy.
