Wife's phone stopped getting MMS (the right way)


i have android , has 7+ latest ios. when send picture of kind never gets alerted came in. in fact, never shows in our conversation history. if goes our history , taps little "i" in right top corner, photo there sent her. when taps image, takes time in our conversation photo is, day , time not when sent it. it's choosing random places drop mms sent her.

ideas?
 

mms highly carrier controlled,and dependent carrier's policies.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
