Scrolling and multitasking lagging since updated to iOS 10


hello,

ipad pro 9.7" scrolled smoothly , multitasking snappy on ios 9.3.5 since updating ios 10 lags when scrolling, when using slide over. ( i.e scrolling app picker or website in safari visibly glitchy) clarify don't mean little bit slower mean visibly horrible.

opening notes app in split view example, takes while load note first time though instant in ios 9.

has else experienced this? did reset settings , i'm hoping not have clean install.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
