iTunes Frustrating & Difficult to Use


is else finding itunes next impossible use these days?

find incredibly complicated, un-user-freindly (unlike used be); past hour or have tried register apple id - , perennial problem have had in recent years - can connect new ipod touch itunes library , download latter.

don't want cloud, or downloads apple, merely wish able have itunes library on ipod - doddle decade ago.

how, keeps insisting repeat steps have completed countless numbers of times, demanding ever more detailed contact details (which none of business). keeps telling me various things 'cannot verified, while cannot use private email address "as in use" (yes, is: me, system not allow them admit this).

there idiot-proof - , fool proof way (and pain-free way) of enabling new ipod touch register apple - without having repeat endlessly - , connect (apple mba's) copious music library?

separate - possibly related - issue: yesterday, while airborne, realised entire music library of ipod classic had been mysteriously wiped clean, well, , itunes not recognise ipod , nor able read it.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
