issue with non apple keyboard + imac 2017


i have tried 2 brand new wireless keyboards usb dongle , work 10 minutes hours , start having issue , typing letters or die . if unplug dongle , plug in usb port, works fine until same issue re-occur .

@ stage think either :

1- imac 2017 has physical issue ( not likely)
2- imac 2017 incompatible wireless keyboard

note both keyboard have been tested on imac , worked without issues

new imac using non apple keyboard experiencing issue ? or not ?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
