IPad Pro laggy when looking at photos, why?


i've had ipad air 2 last couple of years. has never been issue. ipad pro looking @ pictures , @ first blurry , clear. i've tried shutting down , restarting. software date. ideas?
 

are originals being stored on icloud , not locally? maybe taking time download. see similar when load photos using onedrive.

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
