which technical functionality actually using in earlier ios releases gone ios 11 or earlier ios 10? features actually use expect gone soon?

2 ability display cellular signal strength in dbm using field test app trick - lost in ios 11
3 applications' access arp table - lost in ios 11
4 control center shortcuts switch bluetooth , wifi off
5 (pending) airport utility gone anytime there no more new airport aps, last true wifi scanner/analyzer ios gone (third party apps lost direct access wifi controls , data ages ago)

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
