2016 slow boot time after NVRAM and SMC reset


i reset both when mac wasn't turning on automatically when opened lid, boot times lot slower. before restart take ~25 seconds, ~45. ideas? i'm on high sierra way.
 

try this:
1. open startup disk pref pane
2. click lock, enter password
3. click on internal drive , close pref pane
4. reboot

difference?

MBP extremely slow, HDD cable replaced, what next?

How much is my cMP worth?
