Using Files for marking up PDF files vs. 3rd party app?


how files work overall viewing .pdf files , marking them up, highlighting text , making little annotations on them vs. getting 3rd party app notability? seem efficient enough without needing 3rd party app?

people says macos (yes, naxos) pdf marking feature ok computer browsing bad else, printing. assume ios app similar feature suffers same issue.
